Galoob's All-Star MVP New York Knicks 1997 Minifigure Set features Dontae' Jones, who never played a regular season game for the Knicks!
Jones was selected 21st in the 96/97 NBA draft by the New York Knicks. He was unfortunately sidelined the entire season due to an injury. He was traded to the Boston Celtics in the following season, where he suited up for 15 games. He might not have worn blue and orange in real life, but Galoob made it happen with their mini figure set alongside iconic Knicks like Patrick Ewing and John Starks.
